Non Preemptive Kernel
인터럽트 발생 후 이전에 수행중이던 Task 로 돌아감
Preemptive Kernel
인터럽트 발생 후 Scheduling 에 의해 우선순위가 높은 Task 를 수행 함
preemptive kernel 의 경우 ISR Entry Function 가 존재하여 Interrupt Response / Recovery 가 비선점 대비 길어진다
